Playboys 13
Playboys 13 Gang, also known by the short name PBS13, is predominantly a Mexican/Hispanic and Latino based organisation. The are aligned with the infamous Mexican mafia, and are tied to many of the crime that the Mexican mafia, aka La Eme("the M"), is tied to. PBS13, is allied with the Mexican Mafia, which should in gangster terms make them allied with the other sets that belong to the Mafia, however this is not the case. PBS13 seem to have rivalries within the so called alliance such as 18th Street gang, 38th street gang, MS-13 and Venice shoreline Crips - which all are Hispanic/Latino based street gangs. The also seem to have rivalries with most African american based sets in the area that they occupy.
Kelly Park
The Playboys 13 Gangster set, based in Kelly Park, follows most of the usual behavior of a playboy set. Being predominantly Hispanic, and aligned with the Mexican mafia. They also have the same opposition as any other set claiming PBS13. As Kelly Park is "infested" with African american gangs, the PBS13s in this area have a huge amount of rivals. Loads of shootings and violent behavior has been recorded in this area, and most of it seems to be related to PBS13s illegal activity.

Law enforcement officials report that the Mexican Mafia is the deadliest and most powerful gang within the California prison system. They are in charge of the gun-flow within the "13" allied sureno sets, including F13, PBS13, V13 etc.
